Following your review of our intake information and prior to completion and return of our intake questionnaire, please contact our office to speak with Lavonne. She appreciates the opportunity to talk with all of our new clients and will discuss our services, your concerns for your child, your child’s medical history and working with insurance. She will work with you to schedule your child’s therapy appointments as quickly as possible once we receive your completed intake questionnaire.

Greg White is our company’s administrator; he has been with Pediatric Physical and Occupational Therapy Services since its inception. He is our billing and accounting person, submits claims and receives payments from insurance companies and clients. Greg shares with Rosemary in our vision for the goals of the practice.

Lavonne Norris joined our practice in February 2001 and works closely with Rosemary in working with our clients. Lavonne is our office manager and truly provides the organizational anchor for the staff, parents and office.   She is the person to speak with regarding scheduling.  She thoroughly enjoys her time at the office, being around the children and their families and interacting with all of the staff at Pediatric Physical and Occupational Therapy Services.

Debbie Yelenich came on board at Pediatric Physical and Occupational Therapy Services in July 2006.  She is a compliment to our hardworking staff with her dedication, humor and proficiency. She is very dedicated to her work with us and to making sure that our clients’ phone calls are answered, and that messages are relayed and responded to in a timely manner.  When you call our office, you will most likely talk with Debbie and she looks forward to speaking with you.
